Installment Agreements

An installment agreement is a payment plan between the taxpayer and the IRS or State to pay back a tax liability.

To qualify for an installment plan, the taxpayer must be current and compliant with all tax filings and payments. This includes having sufficient current year tax withheld from your salary or by making current tax deposits.

To receive installment approval from the IRS, the taxpayer must make full financial disclosure to the IRS on one of their collection information statement forms.

When you enter into an engagement with me, I will obtain this financial  information and will begin negoiations on your behalf.
